DeepCool LQ Series Liquid Coolers Announced with Real-Time Detachable Display and an Upgraded Pump

DeepCool LQ series liquid coolers launched with real-time display and enhanced pump technology.

DeepCool has launched its LQ series CPU liquid coolers, designed to address the needs of modern high-performance systems. The new models, LQ360 and LQ240, aim to improve cooling efficiency and reliability while offering added functionality through a real-time display.

DeepCool LQ series Design features

The LQ series features the newly developed DeepCool 5 Pro series pump, a significant upgrade over its predecessor. With a 43% increase in the surface area of its copper skived fins and the integration of Field Oriented Control (FOC) technology, this pump improves heat dissipation and reduces noise during operation. The addition of a sinusoidal waveform rotor enhances stability and performance under heavy workloads.

DeepCool has also integrated its patented Anti-Leak technology into the series, providing added safety by reducing the risk of fluid leakage. This measure could help users maintain system reliability over time, addressing a long-standing concern in liquid cooling.

Detachable real-time display on the Deepcool LQ Series

The LQ series introduces a detachable, magnetic display that provides real-time data on CPU and GPU temperatures, usage levels, and power consumption. This display is a first for DeepCool and stands out for its detailed, animated interface. Its plug-and-play design offers flexibility for users to customize their setup without extra hassle.

While the display adds an interesting layer of functionality, its real-world value will likely depend on user needs and preferences, especially in competitive setups or workstations.

Meeting market needs

As computing applications become increasingly demanding, particularly in fields like gaming, content creation, and AI, thermal management has become more critical. The LQ series appears tailored to handle these requirements, offering effective cooling for systems with rising thermal design power (TDP).

“The LQ series represents a significant leap forward in cooling technology,” said Vishvesh Mishra,
Product Marketing Manager at DeepCool. “We’ve combined our expertise in thermal solutions with
innovative features like FOC technology and the dynamic display to create a product that not only
performs exceptionally but also enhances the user experience. In a world where applications are
becoming more demanding, the LQ series ensures that users at every level have access to effective,
reliable, and visually striking cooling solutions. We’re excited to bring this innovation to market and look forward to seeing how our customers push the boundaries of their systems with the LQ series.”

Pricing and availability

The LQ360 and LQ240 models are available through retail and online platforms, supported by DeepCool’s customer service network. While pricing information wasn’t disclosed, the brand’s positioning suggests an effort to remain competitive in a crowded market.
